Education : Any Graduate
Experience : 3 to 5 years experience in field sales/ Banking/ Insurance/ Pharma/ FMCG any sales
Job Roles:
- Managing the existing and Recruitment of the New agents
- Planning and devising the local scheme and engagement program for Agents
- Ensuring the agent productivity and activation
- Training and agent life cycle management
- Ensure Nil discrepancy and high customer service satisfaction
- Ensuring meeting of the targets month on Month basis assigned
