General Responsibilities
- Build a list of strategic contacts in the construction & contracting industry.
- To prospect for new clients - Domestic & International -By networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients
- Identify and maintain a list of current and upcoming construction projects.
- Establish relationships with key project stakeholders.
- Promote company's expertise in BIM to new and existing clients.
- Participate in the Quotation and Negotiation phases of new projects.
- Monitor the project delivery phase to identify new business opportunities (contract extension, new mandates, consulting services, etc.).
- Track a sales pipeline and revenue forecast sheet.
- Expand market intelligence of the construction market to drive business forward.
