A Business Development Manager to sell Outsourcing Solutions

The candidate shall be responsible for generating a steady pipeline of clients and business for the company.

The incumbent will be responsible to search for new clients for their staff outsourcing and should be responsible to retain old clients as well.

The incumbent shall be responsible to bring new business, making pipeline of the clients and to approach the companies CEO,MD's and HR Managers for their Staff outsourcing

Carry out market research through industry contacts, publications & trade events to identify ideas for growth

Reach out to partners with prospective business deals

Negotiate best deals by considering the risks and rewards

Contract closure :

Manage all contractual, Permanent and third party pay roll requirements by working with company's internal operations team- Manage partner relationships

Should be willing to travel (Pan India).
