Business Development Manager - SaaS Solutions (7-10 yrs)

My client is a globally recognized software vendor with a renowned solution set and a great reputation in the market. Due to growth and a lot of money spent on further product development, they are now currently seeking an experienced BDM for their Pune team to sell their entire suite of software solutions into the Asset Intensive, Retail and Manufacturing markets.

Responsibilities :

- Achieve your sales targets by creating and closing new and existing business

- Communicate with business stakeholders

- Identify and develop new customer relationships across within a defined set of industries

- Work with Marketing to develop market awareness of the potential of the products

- Direct and/or coordinate supporting sales and pre-sales activities

- Work effectively with sales support personnel to provide timely proposals to all customers

Requirements :

- Demonstrable experience selling complex IT software solutions at the Enterprise level

- Previous experience in developing and successfully executing against a sales plan

- Experience selling into Asset Intensive, Retail and Manufacturing markets

- Ability to develop strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers in organizations

- Ability to quickly understand business requirements and the ability to derive equitable solutions

- Self-starter who is driven to hunt, not farm
