Business Development Manager - Real Estate (2-5 yrs)
Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
CTC Budget: Up to 9 LPA
Exp: 6+ months to 3 years
- Responsible for sales for the product responsible.
- Market / customer / partner Identification and finalisation.
- Excellent communication skills and convincing power
- Should be able to conclude the sales process from beginning to end.
- Should be able to Identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategy.
- Development of proposals with pricing, balanced objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings, Planning and preparing presentation.
- Actively participate in client service delivery reviews to up sell / cross sell
- Should be a happy human with positive attitude.
