Business Development Manager- Primary Packaging (10-14 yrs)

Purpose :

This role would be responsible for driving new business avenues from Pharmaceutical Manufacturer and Build strong relationships with customers and distributors, to implement growth Driven Programs.

Responsibilities : 

- Meet and exceed budgets for India market.

- Analyze the Indian market and adjacent markets to identify new business opportunities

- Create, implement and maintain sales plan that exceeds expectations.

- Define and determine sales and margin potential of new customers and leverage to determine product range, pricing and distribution strategy.

- Build up yearly sales forecasts for India and adjacent markets, compare with Actuals on a monthly basis and update with rolling forecasts.

- Works closely with Sales Leader and Interacts with company business development director and company commercial team on significant technical and commercial matters often requiring coordination between departments and organizations.

Salary : INR 8,00,000 - 18,00,000 P.A.

Industry: Printing / Packaging

Desired Candidate Profile : 

- 8-15 years experience in a commercial role promoting primary and secondary packaging solution.

- Person Must have experience in dealing with large pharmaceutical manufacturing companies country wide.

- Person should have exposure dealing with PAN India Customers.

- Person should have experience working in Highly Matrix organization and in MNC Culture.

- People promoted glass packaging product will be an added advantage.

Education : UG -B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Diploma - Any Specialization, B.Sc - Any Specialization

PG - MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, M.Tech - Any Specialization, MS/M.Sc(Science) - Any Specialization
