Business Development Manager - Pharma (2-5 yrs)

Experience : 2 to 5 years

Qualification : M.Pharma /B.Pharma
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for conducting market research (Database) and Prospects.
- Responsible for Lead generation (Emails/Calls/Conferences) & Lead nurturing, actively seeking out new sales opportunities.
- Working and managing CRM, preparing business presentations/documents.
- Making feasibility reports, proposals, agreements, and payment tracking.
- Support Marketing efforts like Brand building, running Sales Campaigns
- Business Account Management Work on CRM
- To remain up-to-date by acquiring knowledge and skills for improving sales pitch and maximizing sales target achievement.
- To benchmark sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors, target-based strategic approach
- Sales Target oriented Job
Requirements :
- Proficiency in English - Oral and Written
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Capability of handling CRM - Salesforce, well versed with LinkedIn
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passionate about sales, abilities to sell & Cross sale.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Passionate for achieving Sales Target & Growth
