Job Description for BDM :

Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Will be responsible for business development and should have excellent knowledge about everything related to Web Services.

2. Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related information; tracking individual and their accomplishments.

3. Locate potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.

4. Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.

5. Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.

6. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

7. Update job knowledge by participating in opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

8. Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
