Business Development Manager - Manufacturing (3-6 yrs)
Urgently looking for Business Development Manager
Looking for candidate with Exhibition/Events Experience
- Conduct regular research on existing and prospective clients for an in-depth analysis of their businesses and associated needs.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Should have team handling experience PAN India.
- Share Team Plans and performance with Management.
- Develop new clients (OEM) PAN India.
- Maintain and retain existing clients/customers.
- Building a sales team and formulating incentives to drive business growth.
Candidates from the same industry will be given preference.
Skills required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle a team.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Mandatory OEM Sales & Marketing experience.
- Good decision making and problem solving skills.
Candidate should have a high commitment level and versatility to be a part of the fast paced industry and should have no issues with travelling.
