Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager with experience in agency insurance to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Find and seek opportunities for expansion in the agency insurance market.
- Maintain connections to current clients by making sure their needs are satisfied as well as discovering risks for development.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet and above revenue targets.
- work with other departments to make sure that clients get consistent service.
- Perform studies and analyses to stay up with on industry trends and changes.
- Prepare ideas, presentations, and other goods that explain our services to new clients successfully.
- Attend industry forums and meetings to network and keep current on changes in the commercial insurance market.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in field sales and marketing.
- Excellent social, verbal, and presenting skills
- Excellent capacity for analysis and problem-solving
- Ability to operate privately and in a group context
- Ability to travel when important
CTC : Up to 400000/- as per annum
