Business Development Manager - HR Services & Software Firm (3-8 yrs)

Job Description :

1) Meeting with HR Heads of mid-large businesses and CEOs of small to mid-sized businesses, to sell them on the Quikchex HR Software and Payroll Service solution using a consultative selling process

2) Doing demos of the product to the end-customer

3) Demonstrating strong HR domain expertise, by presenting the client with highly specific solutions to the current pain points, leveraging the Quikchex product and service solution

4) Closing a large percentage of the leads, which includes negotiating the best prices, persistently following up with the client, and getting key decision makers all on the same page

5) Coordinating with our Operations team to ensure that the client is onboard quickly and accurately

Salary : INR 3,00,000 - 8,00,000 P.A. Additional Variable Incentive Upto Double Fixed CTC

Industry : IT-Software / Software Services

Desired Candidate Profile : 

1) At least 2 years of Corporate Sales (face-to-face interaction) meeting with C-level executives in Indian companies

2) Provable track record of past success in sales

3) Excellent English communication skills

4) High Energy and passion for interacting with people

5) Experience with Consultative Selling is a huge plus

6) Experience selling enterprise software or services, with a moderate to high level of complexity is also a big plus

Education : 

UG : Any Graduate
