Brief JD about the above requirements :

1. Assets- MRTA (Mortgage Reducing Term Assurance) Business as we call it in the market, to upsell a customized protection based Term Plan to all customers of ICICI BANK who come to purchase Home Loans. This involves relationship building with ICICI Bank Mortgage team since the presence of direct competition on a shop floor.

2. CABR- CABR: Absolutely relationship-based sales job, Partner management, managing partners. Corporate Agents & Brokers deal with Third Party Channels and upsell the product mix insurance plans to their customers. This involves relationship building with these corporate agents & Brokers.

3. Will be a team management role, so the person will be handling a team and making sure the targets are achieved within timelines.

4. A person will be directly liaising & managing the agencies and channels.

5. Must have a good command and due diligence.

6. Should possess good communication skills.
