Business Development Manager - Building Material (1-4 yrs)
We are looking for a highly motivated, innovative, business development professional to join our client.The candidate must have the following :
- Developing and diversifying business so that income increases, and the future and growth of the organisation
- To prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
- Developing growth strategies and plans
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
- Increasing client base
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Writing business proposals
- Negotiating with stakeholders
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
- Following industry trends locally and internationally
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
Skill Set :
- Proven ability to establish profitable relationships with decision makers at companies and organizations.
- Outstanding presentation and relationship building skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
