Accountabilities:
- Manage the sales staff well to achieve growth and meet sales goals.
- Select, develop, inspire, and counsel a group of salespeople
- Seeking out possible leaders and financial consultants
- Focus on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Oversee the year-end and month-end closing procedures.
- Fieldwork to contact as many customers as possible
