Business Manager
Experience : 5+ years of team lead and sales experience with MBA degree
Salary range : 4-4.5 LPA (with PF and ESIC benefits) + INCENTIVES
- Managing sales team of approx. 15 catering to SME customers
- Working with strategic team to expand the business in terms of RoI, profitability, productivity of team
- Daily reporting of the team in the morning and evening
- Daily reporting to manager
- Monitoring day to day activity of sales team and coordinating with service team
- Making monthly plans by creating funnel to achieve targets
- Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.
- Sending business proposals to customers and closing the deal
