We have a requirement of Key Account Manager for Dialer Solutions & Call Center Solutions with us for Solutions Business Unit, please find below Job Description for your reference.

Job Description:

- Lead generation with clientele.

- Develop customer specific sales and marketing plans.

- Build relationship with key decision makers in respective accounts.

- Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new accounts for Solutions division.

- Handling client presentations and commercials.

- Play an integral role in new business, value pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on boarding of new clients and partners.

- Actively and successfully manage the sales process with active service follow up and handle troubleshooting -

Improving the overall customer relationship, delivering reliable administrative support and customer service.

- Accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and any further documentation, following Buzzworks procedure.

- To interact with the product development/software team to ensure that software is developed/modified as per the client/market requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Knowledge of relevant solution offerings.

- Excellent presentation skills

- Ability to meet aggressive deadlines

- Ability to deal with pressure & Targets, as an individual contributor.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Very driven, team-player and active participant in accomplishing team goals

- Strong customer service skills and commitment to meet or exceed customer requirements

- Analytical with excellent problem-solving skill

Education :

UG : Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization
