Job Description :

Job Objective

To Contact, Plan and thereby Acquire new customers in the defined geographies for the company in the BFSI and telecom Sectors.

Activities & Responsibilities:

Accountability :-

- Accountable for Generating Leads, Customer database creation (if required).

- Accountable for achieving the sales target in terms of customer acquisition in the given geography by visiting and convincing the customers (B2B)

- Accountable for commercial agreements and contracts as per customer needs and business objectives

- Accountable for collection of payments as per the set norm

- Accountable for customer satisfaction while coordinating effectively with the other team members.

- Accountable for tracking the competition and constantly updating the company regarding the same.

Responsibilities :-

- Should be a part of planning the sales target and monitor & report the progress on a daily/ weekly / monthly basis

- Should be able to build the customers database in the given geography by effectively covering the market physically or by other sources.

- Should be able to participate in the exhibition and promote the company in trade exhibitions.

- Should keep track of the competition in the market and update all concerned

- Should effectively communicate the planning, targets and achievements to all concerned by following the SOP such as Daily Sales reports.

- Should be able to monitor social networks for potential threats or opportunities.

- Should be a go getter, Tech Savvy, Proactive, Sales Oriented and Target Focused, possess good written and verbal communication and a Team Player with proven sales achievements.

Qualification : Graduate MBA from reputed institute specialise in Sales and Marketing

Working Days : 6 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
