Business Development Executive - Channel Assistant - Education (0-2 yrs)
Designation - Channel Assistant.
Experience - 6 months - 1 year.
Responsibilities :
- End to end Lead management
- Social media marketing via various groups/pages
- User enrolment and management (sending emails with login credentials etc.)
- SMS marketing
- Creating and working on Electronic Program Guide (EPG)
- Taking content backups
- Channel assistance - Scheduling, coordinating, updating, monitoring and communicating
- Hardware troubleshooting
- Creating schedules (for TV channel) on the drive
- Downloading course-related content
- Working on excel for sorting, filtering data
- Responsibilities outside the office space - bank, delivering, purchasing, posting etc.
Key skills :
- MS Office (Excel, word etc)
- Computer Hardware knowledge
Data management - sorting, arranging, managing leads
- Basic knowledge of social media
- Network knowledge
- Communication
- Learning attitude
Coordination/cooperation with the team members
Other Requirements-
Candidate must be flexible to go outside for office work.
Candidate must have his/her own bike.
