Hiring - Business development for an MNC in Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi.Any Graduate or degree with 3 - 5 years of Experience in Field sales, B2B Sales, Source new sales, Multi linguistic, Directly reporting to VP. Good Communication skills.

Salary is Rs.4.8.lakhs.p.a to 6.0 lakhs.p.a including incentives.- Salary can be negotiated.

- Position : - Business development executive.

A business development executive in GainInsights is a responsible and rewarding position. The Role empowers the individual to take charge of the Complete Sales for a State (and in some cases more than one State). The Role provides ample opportunity to Prospect, Strategise, Position Analytical solutions Sales at each prospective Client.

Job Description

New Client Acquisition /Revenue Generation. - Identifying the needs of potential markets and responsible for getting new business.

Responsible for creating and driving sales pipeline - Use specialty expertise to seek out new opportunities and expand and enhance existing opportunities.

Maintain knowledge of competitors in account to strategically position our services better - Planning of competitive strategy including business plan and action plan.

Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, upto and including the C-level for mid-to-large accounts, by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry.

Ability to do company profiling with respect to IT landscape, market segmentation, CXO level contact identification.

Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new services, solutions, developing field sales action plans.

Taking care of end to end life cycle of sales by making introductory calls and initiate salesprocess and create presentations and proposals.

ERP, knowledge in the industries such as retail, financial services, manufacturing would be a great advantage.

Should have Good Problem solving and Analytical Skills.

Build prospect database and meet or exceed individual sales target.

To create company profile/account dockets of potential targets

Demonstrate products or services, negotiate sales and after-sales services.

Visiting client places, provide them the product catalogue, explain them the Company profile in brief, provide them with a brief Demo and then talk about the solutions offered as per the needs of the customer.

Provide sales and management reports on regular basis

Payment follow up and collection

To acquire new corporate clients in the Market. Should be able to acquire large number of accounts in terms of quantity.

Generating Sales Revenue from existing clients as well as from new clients.

To create / maintain excellent relationships with clients and with the specified persons and be able to tailor pitch the product according to their specifications.

Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship.

- Education : Any degree or equivalent

Experience: 3-5 years
