Business Development Executive - Accounting Services (1-4 yrs)

Job Description:

- Identify new opportunities for the sales team through targeted outbound cold calling and prospecting

- Work in partnership with experienced Territory Account Executives to build and maintain a large pipeline of qualified sales opportunities to support revenue targets and quota.

- Communicate with prospects that show an interest in our products and services.

- Know, understand, and present value proposition clearly and briefly

- Educate prospects on how our products and services can fulfill their current and future needs

- Identify and map new prospect business issues to our products and services

- Report on the success of marketing campaigns and provide the "what worked and what did not work" feedback

- Be a team player; share your knowledge and successes

- Candidate having business development experience in US / UK Accounting Services will be given more advantage.

Required Skills:

- Bachelor Degree

- Possess 1-2 years of proven success in the business development using inbound and outbound prospecting as your primary success tools in an Enterprise B2B sales environment.

- History of over-achieving quota

- Strong written and verbal communications skills

- Your most important asset is your ability to be personable but persuasive and to communicate convincingly over the phone.

- Skilled at overcoming objections

- Proven successful history of being able to "get" to the right people

- Enjoy the challenge of developing new business

- RESULTS ORIENTED! Self-motivated, self-driven, possess a desire to excel & a strong desire to win!

- Open to work in North American shifts
