Business Development/Corporate Sales/B2B Sales/Direct Sales Role - General Insurance (3-14 yrs)
Looking for : An AVP/Sr. Manager/Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing the sales - New Business and broker network, developing a deep understanding of the market, and creating strategies to provide innovative insurance products and services to our clients.
Your role will require you to be on-site for this position in New Delhi and work with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience in Insurance Broking & Consultancy Services, with at least 3 years of experience in a Corporate/ Direct sales role
- Strong understanding of the insurance market landscape, including competitors and regulatory requirements
- Certifications such as IRDAI, III, and CII will be preferred
- Excellent knowledge of insurance products, especially Non-Life /Non Motor insurance such as Group Health, Property, Marine, etc.
- Prior experience in managing a sales and broker network and a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets
- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences, and work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams
