Job Title : Sales Associate (B2B)

Job Location : Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka (Work from Office)

Responsibilities :

- Meet and exceed sales targets. Should be willing to make calls to cold and warm leads. Successfully create business from new and existing customer.

- Should be willing to create a wide networking base across MNCs for Business Development.

- Experience of selling to HR/Talent Acquisition/Directors.

- Ready to explore expansion opportunities through multiple sources including prospect lists, discovery and individual research.

- Ability to develop compelling strategies that deliver results with a strong attention to detail.

- Maintaining effectiveness in reaching set goals by adapting to changed circumstances, tasks, responsibilities, and people.

- Building good business relationship with customer

- Build and nurture prospect relationships with key decision makers by initiating communications and conducting follow-up qualification in order to move opportunities into the sales funnel.

- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.

- Build productive trust relationships with customers.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

- Assess customer's needs and provide assistance and information on product features

Requirements:

- Previous experience in B2B sales will be a bonus.

- Knowledge of hiring platform.

- Good communication skills

- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

- Track record of over-achieving sales quota.

- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.

Experience Letter- 1 to 3 years

Package slab - 4 LPA + 2LPA (Fixed + Variable Salary will not be a constrain for right candidate)
