Job Description :

A Business Development Associate will be the first point of contact for the students to gain insights on the courses provided by Oheyo. You will be calling students who have downloaded or expressed interest in our mobile app and guide them through their course buying process.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Gain an in-depth understanding of our company and products.

- Based on the data provided by the back-end team, call students and understand their requirements.

- Have a meaningful telephonic conversation with the student during which you can gauge their interest and suggest appropriate courses.

- Provide feedback to the management based on your interaction with the student.

- Report any issues that the student is facing during purchase of products.

- Analyze and suggest improvements in the existing process and products.

Qualification : Graduate

Working Days : 6 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)

Job Nature : Full Time
