Job Summary :
- We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Developer with an IIM background to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to create and implement strategies that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify new business opportunities.
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue growth and market share.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay up-to-date on the latest developments.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay informed on industry trends.

Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- MBA from a top-tier institution such as IIM.
- Proven track record of success in business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
