- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business developer - Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) for various applications.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business development principles and methodologies, as well as experience in developing and analyzing business cases for new development projects.

Job Title : Business Developer for EV Inverter (VFD) and other Power Electronics Products.

Job Description : The Business Developer will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the companies.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Power Electronics/electrical/ Electronic engineering, experience in sales or business development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the company.

- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers.

- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that products meet customer requirements.

- Provide technical support to customers.

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market and competitive landscape.

- Develop financial models to project the revenue, costs, and profitability of new products.

- Prepare compelling business cases that are clear, concise, and persuasive.

- Present business cases to senior management and stakeholders.

- Track and monitor forecasting of monthly, quarterly, and yearly projections.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that business cases are aligned with overall product strategy.

- Understand customer requirements and provide recommendations that satisfy customer needs.

- Preparing customer proposals and quotations, negotiate pricing and contract terms to meet both customer and company needs.

- Understand and analyze market competitors.

- Coordinating with manufacturing center for timely deliveries to customer and handling customer complaints and implanting customer feedback report.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Power Electronics/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field, MBA will be added advantages.

- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development.

- Strong technical background.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving skills.
