Business Developer & Equity Advisor - Bank (2-5 yrs)
We are looking for a hardworking, motivated BD & Equity Advisor. The position we need to fill is performance-based, meaning advancement and future compensation are based on results and experience, not tenure.
Roles and responsibilities :
1. Developing and managing Franchisee Business Partners for a given region.
2. Managing day-to-day client risk.
3. Coordinate with CSE to open accounts and resolve client inquiries such as software downloads, terminal issues, stock transfers, and fund collections.
4. Monitor revenue generation, brokerage, and account opening.
5. Cross-selling goods connected to equity, derivatives, and insurance.
6. Conduct meetings with business partners and clients, both in person and by video call.
7. To offer regular webinars and seminars for business development.
8. Implement the right processes in the team and automate when necessary.
9. Coordinating with other divisions to ensure smooth transactions
Role Requirements :
- Educational Qualifications: Graduate or MBA
- Prior experience: 2 to 5 years in the broking business.
- Domain knowledge includes broking knowledge, operations knowledge, client risk profile, as well as technical and fundamental understanding.
- IT Knowledge: Trading apps, MS Office, etc.
- Should have a solid understanding of derivatives, particularly option techniques.
- Must have good communication skills, be aggressive and passionate about the market.
