Business cum Sales Head - Air/Gas Drying & Filtration Products (15-21 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, to maintain its leadership in Air/Gas Drying & Filtration Products.
- Ensure National & International sales & business promotion of Air/Gas Drying & Filtration Products.
- Identification, Development and Expansion of new/related business opportunities/products.
- Develop & implement marketing, sales, & distribution strategies in India as well as overseas.
- Responsible for P & L .
Expectations :
- Should have exposure to P & L.
- Should have a good process engineering background
- Should be sales growth oriented
- Expected to travel extensively
Location: Gurgaon
Educational Requirements:
BE/B.Tech. (Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical)
Skills & Experience Required:
- Preferred industrial sales background from process engineering/products/systems/plants
Should have good planning, organizing and controlling skills
Should have Good interpersonal and communication skill with personality full of energy, intelligence and attitude
Compensation: Best In Industry
Experience: 15 to 20 Years of experience sales & design of Industrial Products, preferably equipment such as heat ex-changers, Pressure Vessels etc.
Key Managerial Skill: "Inspirational Leadership", "Effective Supervision", "Employee Engagement".
Key Behavioral Skills: Innovation, Teamwork and Good Communication.
