Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced domain expert who can work as a Business Consultant with expertise in the Retail domain. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and a proven track record in business development within the retail sector. The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with clients, addressing their queries, and providing strategic solutions for their business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Regularly coordinate with clients in the Retail sector to understand their business needs and challenges.

- Solve client queries effectively to contribute to their overall business development in the retail sector.

- Collect client data, perform analysis, and collaborate with domain experts to formulate optimal solutions for retail businesses.

- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on the final output, ensuring clarity and strategic insights in the context of the retail sector.

- Conform to professional behaviours and maintain confidentiality in handling client information within the retail domain.

- Provide expert consultation and assistance to clients in the Retail industry through proactive engagement and strategic planning.

- Actively participate in client strategic planning sessions to align business goals within the retail space.

- Ensure that client queries related to the retail sector are promptly addressed with the assistance of domain experts.

- Ensure that all aspects of the scope of work within the Retail domain are completed within specified timelines.

- Collaborate with the team to implement modules and programs based on the required strategies in the retail industry.

Behavioural & Technical Skills:

- Prior experience in successfully handling multiple clients within the Retail industry.

- Excellent communication skills to convey ideas and insights effectively in the context of the retail sector.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint tools for retail industry-related reporting.

- Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate and lead a team to achieve project goals in the retail sector.
