Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced domain expert who can work as a Business Consultant with expertise in the Hospitality domain, specifically within the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and a proven track record in business development within the hospitality sector. The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with clients, addressing their queries, and providing strategic solutions for their business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Regularly coordinate with clients in the Hospitality sector to understand their business needs and challenges.

- Solve client queries effectively to contribute to their overall business development in the hospitality industry.

- Collect client data, perform analysis, and collaborate with domain experts to formulate optimal solutions for HORECA businesses.

- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on the final output, ensuring clarity and strategic insights in the context of the hospitality sector.

- Conform to professional behaviours and maintain confidentiality in handling client information within the HORECA domain.

- Provide expert consultation and assistance to clients in the Hospitality industry through proactive engagement and strategic planning.

- Actively participate in client strategic planning sessions to align business goals within the HORECA space.

- Ensure that client queries related to HORECA are promptly addressed with the assistance of domain experts.

- Ensure that all aspects of the scope of work within the Hospitality domain are completed within specified timelines.

- Collaborate with the team to implement modules and programs based on the required strategies in the HORECA industry

Behavioural & Technical Skills:

- Prior experience in successfully handling multiple clients within the Hospitality and HORECA industry.

- Excellent communication skills to convey ideas and insights effectively in the context of the hospitality sector.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets for and reporting within the HORECA domain.

Additional Points for Hospitality and HORECA Industry:

- In-depth understanding of the Hospitality industry dynamics, market trends, and consumer behaviour in the context of HORECA.

- Knowledge of HORECA-specific operations, including hotel management, restaurant strategies, and catering services.

- Familiarity with pricing strategies, service positioning, and competitor analysis within the HORECA sector.

- Proven ability to adapt sales and marketing strategies to the unique challenges of the Hospitality and HORECA industry.
