The Job

Responsibilities :

- Generate new business opportunities to fuel our business development/partnerships pipeline and business growth towards healthy career outcomes for graduates.

- Utilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key players, generate leads

- Perform outbound prospecting to companies via extensive market research and cold reach outs

- Maintain a good relationship with the stakeholders

- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the product and market

- Manage, track, and report all activities and results in spreadsheets

- Design an efficient process for managing business operations

Ideal Candidate

Requirements :

- Recent grad (2021, 2022) or working professional (minimum 1 year experience) looking to break into Business/growth field ; drive towards creating impact from day-1

- Prior experience in Sales, Business Development, or Operations is preferred.

- Knowledge of business process, roles, and organizational structure

- A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible achievements

- Excellent market research and communication skills

- Proficiency in excel/google sheets, reporting
