Business Associate - Sales - Education Software (0-3 yrs)

Role Summary: The Business Associate will be responsible for expertly generating leads through various methods, including leveraging bidding sites, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets within specified timelines. This role will require proficiency in presentation skills, effective communication, proposal development, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement diverse lead generation strategies, including leveraging bidding sites, to drive a consistent flow of potential clients.

- Execute successful lead conversions to meet and exceed sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

- Develop compelling presentations and proposals to effectively communicate value propositions to prospective clients.

- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of sales strategies to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.

- Participate in the training and onboarding program with a commitment to achieving targets during the OJT/Probation period.

- Operate under a "No target, No payout" policy during OJT/Probation, demonstrating self-sufficiency and determination in lead generation and closure.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B), B2C, B2G setting.

- Strong understanding of various lead generation methods, including proficiency in utilizing bidding sites.

- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.

- Ability to create persuasive proposals and contribute to strategic planning.

- Self-driven and eager to take on challenges in meeting and surpassing daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

Note: Previous work/internship/Live Project experience in Edtech/Software companies will help you to get priority.
