Business Associate Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruitment of Agency Partners
- Planning and Goal Setting
- Plan goals & performance needs for AP's in a periodic manner
- Own the operational aspects of coding of a new AP and other day to day interactions with the support function
- Can successfully run " Train -Audit- Retrain" cycle on skills of AP's
- To regularly hold the meetings with Branch Manager for training advisors on various fronts
- To make visits to generate leads for sales on a daily basis
- To follow up on already generated leads to close them successfully
- To expand our reach to untapped customers
Pre-requisites :
Exp. 4-7 Yrs. in sales with 1-3 yrs. team handling exp.
Age Limit 24 to 39 years.
Education Qualification: Graduate in Any stream.
