Job Description :


- Generating revenue for the team through closing sales deals either over the phone or face to face. Handling operations with respect to customer on boarding and customer experience delivery. Manage strategic initiatives for the B2B College business. 


- The candidate will get a chance to rub shoulders with alumni, coaches and mentors of premier colleges. Performing candidates may be given opportunities to train and/or lead a team and/or manage important business accounts.

- Handle P&L responsibility for college segment business in Board Infinity

Requirements :

- P&L handling experience / Core business development experience for 3 years+

- Actively build relationships with new accounts and existing accounts

- High understanding of placement problems within institutes as well as student readiness issues within institutes - someone who has core insights and observations into the same

- Ability to handle a build a small focused team for college marketing activities ( if needed in offline environment)

- Responsible for execution of business plan on college segment side

- Prior experience in education sales for 3 years+

- Self starter who is always brimming with ideas

- Someone with a broader business mindset and not think in functional silos

Other key activities Include :

- Tender filling expertise

- Make sales pitches in front of directors in management institutions

- Address student audience and large gatherings

- Generating revenue by counseling prospects in B2B B2C model and converting them to sales with the counseling team

- Handle operational support in colleges that are on boarded as customers

- Answer questions about products/service and delivering to the need of the customer

- Logging conversations of prospects in CRM software

- Helping the team through training and mentoring
