Responsibilities:

Marketing and Collaborations :

- Managing the voice of the brand across all platforms- online and offline. This includes setting the tone for the brand voice, content creation, building a marketing calendar and ensuring timely execution.

- Working cross-functionally with PR, social media, visual merchandising, digital and graphic design agencies/individuals as well and other vendors to plan and execute strategic and day-to-day marketing activities.

- Spearheading new product and store launches with a 360-degree marketing plan.

- Maintaining communication on the website as per brand standards and working with all teams to improve e-commerce performance.

- Ensuring accuracy of digital footprint of the brand and improving performance on online marketplaces like Zomato, Swiggy etc.

- Developing and managing relationships with the Brands external partners and ensuring steady flow of communication, inclusion in all marketing promotions and leveraging marketing support during peak business season.

- Constantly looking for opportunities for collaborations with like-minded external brands and individuals that can value add to the existing business.

- Maintaining and updating all brand collaterals - Press coverage, Images, Print Collaterals etc.

- Sharing monthly reports capturing in depth analysis of metrics, insights and best practices of all marketing activities and formulate an action plan based on the same. This includes but is not limited to social media, performance marketing initiatives, SEO, ATL and BTL campaigns.

Requirements :

- 6 to 8 years actual experience in Marketing, PR or Digital Marketing.

- Good communication and team management experience.

- An uncompromising focus on execution with a no-nonsense attitude towards goals and deliverables.

- Understanding and experience with all relevant social media applications and digital platforms.

- A creative-bent with a discerning eye for detail and the confidence to think differently.

- Understanding of the luxury retail environment is an added advantage.
