Burger Singh - Manager - Performance Marketing (3-5 yrs)
- Drive the implementation of the online marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.
- Manage the monthly budget on online platforms with accountability for campaign ROI.
- Develop, manage, and build relationships with key marketing partners and agencies.
- On-boarding and training of new outlets within the chain in an efficient and scalable way, working with outlet-level contacts and senior stakeholders.
- Manage the complete P&L across franchisees effectively. An understanding of the franchise store's P&L and business decisions based on the same is expected.
- Work on the menu redesign to improve the customer experience and overall conversion on aggregator platforms.
- Directly coordinate with the Operations and Franchise Support Team to improve the profitability of franchise stores on the Aggregator Platform.
- Work with the customer relationship and operations teams to ensure a superior customer experience through strategic initiatives to improve customer ratings and operations parameters.
Note : Experience in Swiggy and Zomato is preferred.
