Job Description:

- Work with team/ founders to drive initiatives for meeting company's growth objectives.

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend on marketing and operations performance based on the insights.

- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.

- Develop, manage & build relationships with vendors.

- Identify business challenges and drive solutions to them on the basis of data.

Skill-set :

- Strong analytical skills with solid grasp on Excel / PowerPoint

- Ability to work across different teams and align everyone towards a common goal

- Outgoing, self-starter, strong communicator

- To interpret data and make sense out of it without getting stuck in analysis paralysis

- Use an analytical approach at all times to drive performance.
