Burger Farm - Manager - Marketing (4-15 yrs)

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager based in Jaipur. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand. The Marketing Manager will lead the marketing team and work closely with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand awareness. The Marketing Manager will also analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies :

- Devise comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the brand's visibility and drive customer engagement.

- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to meet business objectives.

Business Development and Sales :

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Burger Farm's market presence.

- Collaborate with the Operations team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Leadership and Team Management :

- Lead a talented marketing team, providing guidance, motivation, and support.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment to achieve marketing and sales goals.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and product development, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

- Collaborate with different departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills :

- Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively convey brand messaging internally and externally.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, media, and partners.

Social Media and Digital Marketing :

- Oversee social media marketing initiatives, ensuring a strong online presence and engagement across various platforms.

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, leveraging SEO, SEM, and other online channels to reach target audiences effectively.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills :

- Utilize analytical tools to measure and analyze marketing performance metrics.

- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to overcome challenges.
