Inside Sales Executive
The selected candidate's day-to-day Responsibilities include :
- Calling new leads and past customers for a follow-up and answering their questions about the products, telling them about newly added products and services, and trying to convince them to buy from us
- Developing new business opportunities through networking and relationship building with new, existing, and prospective customers
- Providing customers with information about the products and services via phone, email, or in person
- Communicating with B2B partners and booking appointments for sales presentations.
- Creating databases of various kinds - B2B channels leads, calling and figuring out interest
- Organizing and maintaining clients' and customers' accounts.
- Resolving customer queries effectively under a defined TAT
- Assisting customers as a functioning relationship manager and acting as a communication bridge between the company and the customers
- Maintaining data on unresolved queries, escalating gaps to the right department and closing queries under a certain TAT.
Other Requirements :
- Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive
- Great communication skills. Multiple language proficiency preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience in tele sales/ inside sales.
- A peoples' person, strong in verbal and written communication
- Willingness to work in a certain level of ambiguity
- Comfortable with multitasking
- A self-starter and a go-getter kind of person.
