- Buildnomics is looking for dynamic professionals having experience in building sellers network in similar industry.

- Candidate will be responsible for developing the sellers network in Delhi NCR

Work to establish add-on business with existing customers.

Maintain an organized and easily accessible filing system (sales leads, prospective business, new business activity, add-on business activity, forecasting, quota details, etc.)

Achieve monthly and yearly quota requirements.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge base of entire product line.

Assist branch manager in developing new business ideas and accompanying marketing materials to achieve sales objectives.

Work to build long term relationships with customer base.

Provide accurate price quotes in a timely manner to customers.

He/She should be from Direct Sales Industry

Managing and driving the growth of the key distributor's business :

Build and execute on a strategic account plan that delivers on key business opportunities for the Distributors.

Working with sellers to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great consumer experience.

Manage relationship with a defined set of seller & increasing their sales, manage seller's operations.

Building and managing brand relationships in the geography by supporting seller's on getting Deals, Offer Zone. Coordinate with different teams & levels of organization to handle escalations & support seller operations.

Responsible for market research on price data, product movement, competition pricing, product bundling

Skills Required :

Effective communication skills.

Exposure Customer Relationship Management.

Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

Willingness to travel and work in a national team of professionals.
