Job Description

This opening is for an MNC client who specializes in providing vibration and noise mitigation solutions in the railway, construction and industry market segments and has a presence in India from 2009.

The role will have a clear focus on understanding the Indian building acoustics market, preparing market entry strategies, deciding focus application areas, developing pricing strategy, development of sales channels and pushing sales

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Developing sales strategy in consultation with the company management.

2. Explore new relevant projects in designated area and find the owner, consultant, architect, contractor, etc. of it.

3. Develop a good rapport with all of them and begin convincing about the need for the product and confidence about the necessity of our company's product; through making custom made a presentation, arranging for different established site visits, user references, etc.

4. After getting the proper specification from consultant and EPC contractor, making technical proposals in consultation with the main firm.

5. Ensuring incorporation of our company's product specifications in tenders. Ensuring confidence of an ultimate buyer and quoting our company product in a tender.

6. Preparation of tender document, technical and commercial negotiations.

7. Follow-up with the buyer for sale transaction after finalization of tender.

8. Monitoring the order execution in coordination with the product at Austria and in India, actual purchaser, consultant, Project Execution Company, contractor, etc.; including payment collection as per agreed terms.

9. Study and Prepare competitors database make future strategies in consultation with the management.

10. Develop and manage MIS, CRM and database management for marketing development.

11. To analyze market opportunities, market segmentation, and market positioning. Identification of market trends and translates them into product initiatives.

12. Identify need for channel partners and establishing channel partners

Industry: Construction / Engineering / Cement / Metals

Education:

(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required, B.Tech/B.E. - Mechanical, B.Sc - Any Specialization, Physics) AND (PG- Any Postgraduate, Post Graduation Not Required) AND (Doctorate- Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required)

6. Quick grasp of the situation and specific issue

Must be willing to do any reasonable task required in the interest of the company

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :

BE Mechanical/ architect/ interior designer/ Science (Physics) graduate from a reputed University / Institution

Good written and Spoken English

Good Background / Aptitude towards Technical Sales

Good concept selling abilities and an experience of selling to projects.

Ready to undertake Extensive traveling

Experience in selling to construction projects through indirect customers like consultants, architects would be preferred.
