Job Role :

- As the Sales Development Manager you'll be instrumental in driving the successful launch and sales of our cutting-edge IT product in B2B and Enterprise sectors. We're seeking a strategic thinker with extensive experience in IT and product sales to spearhead lead generation efforts and enhance market presence through effective sales and marketing strategies

Job Description :

- Sales Forecasting : Utilize historical data and market insights to forecast sales trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

- Sales Strategy : Develop and refine a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy tailored to the IT product's unique characteristics and target markets.

- Market Analysis : Conduct or oversee market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities, shaping sales and marketing initiatives.

- Lead Generation : Implement data-driven lead generation strategies leveraging market insights to identify and nurture potential customers.

- B2B and Enterprise Sales : Manage end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure, focusing on generating new business opportunities.

- Product Knowledge : Deep understanding of the IT product, its technical specifications, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with potential clients.

- Go-To-Market Strategy: Develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies to enhance market reach and product visibility.

- Marketing Support : Oversee and execute marketing strategies including advertising campaigns, product positioning, and promotional activities.

- Team Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launch and ongoing support.

- Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed sales targets, continuously tracking and reporting on performance metrics.

Skills required :

- Sales Acumen : Proven track record in IT and product sales, demonstrating excellent sales techniques and negotiation skills.
