Designation: Business Development Manager

Strategic planning for future development is a key part of this job description. It's the business developer's responsibility to develop the pipeline of new business coming in to the company which requires thorough knowledge of the marketplace and of the company's competitors.

Qualifications : 

- Proven track record of developing new businesses

- Strong in client connection and client services

- Strong responsibility, self-motivated, able to work under high pressure

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

- A passion for sales and a drive to succeed.

- Excellent and strong multi-tasker who works well under pressure and can easily deal with short lead requests within SLA

- Accomplished and confident negotiator

- Able to self-motivate and motivate others

- Creative, open-minded and willingness to work in a start-up

- An excellent communicator & team player at all times

- Positive & encouraging approach to all tasks no matter how big or small

Roles and responsibilities :

- Writing proposals and specifications

- Conducting workshops

- Competitive analysis

- Contract review with potential new clients

- Work with management team to identify and evaluate market, new target clients

- Work with management team to develop and implement strategic sales plan

- Identify and evaluate specific new profitable business opportunities

- Achieve own sales target and lead team to achieve team target and/or overall company target

- Initiate and complete proposals and presentation for new business opportunities

- Work with internal teams to deliver outstanding presentation to capture profitable business opportunity

- To maintain an excellent client relationship with existing and potential client

- To maximize all income opportunities and be actively aware of commission rates, market discounts.

- To undertake face to face meetings with customers as and when required and continually build relationships with suppliers.

- Responsible for negotiating all rates and airline contractual terms & conditions.

- Identify upselling opportunities and action accordingly.

- To continually improve and update own product knowledge through targeted activities and promote a professional image of BML (BucketmyList) to all clients and suppliers.

Experience: Atleast 2 years in Sales / Business Development

Location: Delhi NCR (Gurgaon preferred)

Employment type: Full Time

Travel: Yes (Domestic), Maybe (International)

Probation: 3 months
