BTL Marketing Role - Education (1-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Generate leads by actively going on field visits, conducting promotional activities, and engaging with potential customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to maximize lead generation opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies and campaigns for lead generation.
- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets to contribute to the company's growth.
- Regularly report on lead generation activities, progress, and results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing, lead generation, or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential customers.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Preferred: Possession of a vehicle for field visits.
