 Job brief :

We are looking for a high-performing Business Development/Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities :

- Have worked on Commercial projects and with big contractors, architects, dealers and builders.

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.

- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations

- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

- Requirements and skills

- Plans and implements appraisals effectively across all direct reports and their teams.

- Continuously monitors activity bearing in mind the original objective and develops contingency plans.

- Identifies problems and their causes and takes action to solve them.

- When making decisions that impact others, will canvass opinion of key stakeholders.

- Knows the market place and its customers, seeing and responding quickly to opportunities.

- Develops and maintains a network of both external contacts and colleagues to help identify growth opportunities.

- Identify new opportunities to sell our expanding assortment to local, national and global customers.

- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.

- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

- Strong hold of MS Office - Powerpoint, Word, Excel.

Qualifications :

- Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or any other related filed. The equivalent of this in working experience is also acceptable for the position.

- 2+ years of working experience in sales department within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

- Preferably must have worked in the position of Sales Representative.
