Job Description

1) Forecast sales, develop out of the box- sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.

2) Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.

3) Meet personal and team sales targets.

4) Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads.

5) Attending meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.

6) Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.

7) Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.

Position : Business Development Associate (Sales and Marketing)

Qualification : Graduate in any discipline

Experience : Minimum 3 Years experience in field sales preferably in FMCG

Gross Salary : Fixed - 1.80 LPA; Variable Pay: 20% of sale value
