Bryka - Manager - Business Development - Semiconductors Product (5-25 yrs)

We are looking for Business development Manager into dealing into Semiconductors/RF Product line into the Defense and Aerospace sector

Working Location : Churchgate, Mumbai

Job Purpose: Maximize Company sales and achieve or exceed revenue targets. Identify opportunities; gather market and client intelligence to maintain a competitive advantage leading to winning contracts that are aligned with Business Unit Strategy product types (semiconductors, passive components, embedded systems)

Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

- Proven track record in all stages of sales process, from business development and lead qualification to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), technical needs analysis, and sales closing.

- Achieve annual sales targets within the assigned area of operation and ensure sales profitability

- Establish new, and maintain existing relationships with customers

- Gathering of Market Intelligence and understanding of upcoming projects

- Identify customer's new needs and research manufacturers

- Develop a list of manufacturers to approach for Agency, to add new product lines

- Identify technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction - through all stages of the sales process

- Interpret Customer's RFP and technical specifications, prepare technical and commercial - proposals for timely submission to customer

- Represent the Company at field events viz., trade shows, conferences, seminars, etc.

- Travel throughout sales territory

- Accurate reporting to the Management on sales pipeline and business development progress

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication - Bachelor or Diploma

- Strong knowledge of Basic Engineering Concepts. Passionate about Technology and - interested to work with industry's latest technologies

- Sales & Application experience in Defence, Space & Aerospace segments preferred

- Knowledge of Semiconductors, RF & Microwave products and its applications is essential

- Must have strong communication skills and the desire to provide the customer with a positive buying experience. This requires the ability to communicate in a positive manner with customers and suppliers both in person and by telephone at all times.
