Position : Assistant Manager/Manager - Business Development

Job Description : 

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Acquisition of new business from the leads provided by the company and through own efforts.

- Managing the client account right from enquiry stage, to cost negotiations, to account acquisition, to overlooking project deliverables as per schedule, monitoring project costs, profitability, managing cost escalations.

- Track performance relative to targets and refine to optimize results

- Must be able to think out of the box, willingness to learn & must be detail oriented

- Undertake market and competitor research and analysis

- Keep up-to-date with search engine technology, methods, tools and news by reading relevant industry publications.

Strategizing future growth for the company both in terms of sales and visibility.

- Planning various Promotions & Events - Launches/Expos/On-ground events etc.

Desired candidate profile : 

- Any Graduate / Post Graduate

- 5 years experience in a Sales role, Social Media Marketing, interactive or Ecommerce experience (including minimum of 2 years in a Digital Marketing Agency)

- Excellent planning, analytical, conceptual and organizational skills.

- Strong written and oral communication skills.

- Self-motivated with a drive to take the sales to the next level

- Strong MS Office skills esp. in Excel, Word & Power point

- Goal orientation with experience meeting revenue
