Browndove Healthcare - Telecalling/Telesales Role (1-3 yrs)
Tele Caller (Female Candidates Only)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Advises present or prospective customers of Browndove by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis.
- Influences customers to buy or retain Browndove product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
- Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- Maintains technical knowledge of Products by attending regular product workshops; reviewing publications.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Looking for a Full Time tele caller with minimum 6 months of experience in Telesales / Inbound / Outbound, Customer Oriented. Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi is mandatory
- Must be a good Facilitator and Influencer. Relevant Experience in Medical / Healthcare will be an added Advantage.
Education: PUC/Diploma (Graduation is not mandatory)
