We're a startup that believes in creative problem solving, team work and shared responsibilities. The atmosphere is high-speed + high-learning. But to explicitly define the role for Sales/BD, please read below :
1. B2C sales - creating a match between customer (employer) and helper (job-seeker) using the various tools offered by Broomees (sales app, IVR, emails, admin portal etc)
2. Customer relations and grievance addressal
3. Other team activities: conflict resolution and management, participating in fun and social work activities, donation drives, campaigns, etc
