Brief Description of Tasks :

1. Implement the email marketing/marketing automation strategy via our Marketo platform to increase engagement and create sales leads e.g. scheduling emails, liaising with Marketo tech team, segmenting lists, reporting and making recommendations for future activity

2. Collaborate with the agency to manage and optimise performance marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, to drive relevant traffic and achieve conversion goals.

3. Utilise Google Analytics (GA4) to track and analyse website performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

4. Utilise Salesforce as the CRM system to manage customer data, track leads, and measure campaign effectiveness.

5. Writing marketing and campaign copy to promote our products, services and positionings.

6. Manage social media activity for British Safety Council India across a range of platforms e.g. LinkedIn and Facebook

7. Work with the Marketing Manager to deliver online and offline events

8. Segmenting, cleaning and managing data in Salesforce and Marketo

9. Create and optimise landing pages and website content to enhance user experience and drive lead generation. Contribute to the management of the British Safety Council India website

10. Support any required data management work, e.g., data profiling, data cleansing, purchasing new data lists, etc.

11. Support the Marketing Manager with the production of marketing and campaign collateral ensuring they are on brand and reflect key messages

12. Provide content marketing support across all revenue streams and campaigns

13. Support the Marketing Manager with devising and circulating marketing reports and data analysis, leveraging tools such as Google Analytics and Excel to extract meaningful insights for decision-making.

14. Own and drive relationships with digital agencies, designers and other vendors to ensure their KRAs are being achieved.

15. Provide support for the team's day-to-day marketing and campaign activity, e.g., raising purchase orders, tracking expenditure, managing collateral stock levels, marketing inbox, etc.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Degree or equivalent experience in a business or marketing subject

- Prior experience running Google Ads, especially for a B2B brand, to drive targeted traffic and achieve conversion goals

- Strong analytical skills e.g. research and data segmentation

- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).

- Ability to work accurately and with close attention to detail

- Good copy writing and proof-reading skills (on and offline)

- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

- Competent in MS Office - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.

- Intermediate to advanced-level MS Office Excel.

- Skilled in using marketing automation platforms such as Marketo to execute targeted campaigns and automate marketing processes

- Effective budget management skills.

Experience :

- Minimum of two years of marketing experience, including executing marketing campaigns.

- Understanding of brands and branding principles.

- Knowledge of the full marketing mix and experience in implementing marketing campaigns.

- Proficiency in conducting webinars preferably GoTo webinar.

- Experience with automated email marketing campaigns.

- Experience using CRM and database systems.

- Content management system and digital marketing experience, preferably Umbraco.

- Competitor and marketing trends reporting.

- Social media campaign and account management.

- Google Analytics experience and reporting.

- Confident in delivering high-quality campaigns within tight budgets and deadlines.

- Marketing communications experience, including writing effective marketing collateral and promotional copy.

- SEO knowledge and writing for the web.

- Event coordination and event marketing experience.

- Experience using the Salesforce CRM system.

- Data management experience e.g. data cleansing and profiling

- Awareness and/or experience in public affairs

- Proficiency in editing HTML and CSS

- Experience of email template design

- Experience of using Umbraco and Hootsuite
